The mediation result also depicted a significant of TF=0.379. The finding reveals a positive and significant relationship between technology adoption and business process simplification of micro enterprises and a positive mediation of innovation. The Business owners should engage their employees in various skill development programs, further studies by other researchers on the topic in different contexts with various technology adoption indices in relation to micro, small and medium enterprises, while government and other agencies should provide training and empowerment opportunities for female entrepreneurs on e-payment, fintech and internet penetration.
